How do I know what I need for my Event?
You can contact us by phone on (08) 9351 8499. Once you provide us with an idea of the kind of event you wish to have, we can guide you through your different options, and provide any other relevant information we may think is useful.
Can I view the items you have for hire?
We have photo albums available for clients to view past events such as sporting and corporate events, to view past styling and set-ups.
How do I make a booking for event or party hire equipment?
Once you know what items you need, you need to relay that information to us by simply visiting, emailing or phoning us. Once we have received this information, we will put together a quote and forward it to you for confirmation. Once confirmed, you have the option to either pay for the goods on delivery or collection, pop in to the showroom, or call us to make payment over the phone.
What happens if requirements, numbers or colours change?
If you have any changes to your booking between the time you make it and the event, then we simply amend your invoice to reflect the changes. You will then either be refunded any overpaid costs, or your final balance will be altered accordingly.
How do I make a booking for a marquee?
If you already have the required dimensions for the area the marquee is to be placed, then we will simply advise you on the appropriate size and style of structure. If you are unsure about the area the marquee, especially if it is a large marquee for hire, is to go on then we will organise a free site visit to gather the information we require to be able to correctly advise you of your options.
How and when do I pay for my items?
Payment is made prior to your event. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer, credit card or eftpos.
Can someone else collect and return goods for you?
Yes – provided authorisation has been given by you, and the person collecting has a copy of your order, this person can sign the collection paperwork and collect/return the goods on your behalf.
What areas do you service?
We service the whole Perth metropolitan area, plus outer regional areas upon request.
Is there a limit of equipment I am allowed to hire?
No – you can hire as little as 1 item to as many items as we have available.
What happens if something gets broken, damaged or unreturned?
If the goods are damaged, this is covered under a damage waiver fee that is charged, provided the goods can be repaired. However, in the case that any goods are broken or lost, a fee is charged accordingly.
Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it?
Yes – we ask that all goods be returned in clean condition.
Do you offer site inspections?
Yes – site inspections are a free service that is provided to help decide what marquee size can fit into the designated area.
